simple ways to reduce fat

people tend to take pills, syrups, capsules and many other things available in the market just to reduce some pounds. but these things always come up with some side effects. so here are some simple things to do to reduce your fat without any side effects.

1. Lemon juice with honey - 

Squeeze one lemon in warm water and add one tablespoon honey in it. Thats all you have to do. take this 2 time a day. Make it a habit and don't skip. You will see magic in some days.






2. Garlic (lehsun)

 Take some raw garlic pieces with your lemon juice. I know its little hard to eat it raw. But if you do, it can do magic. Seriously guys try it.




3. Dance

Who doesn't like to dance. everybody can shake his/her body on the beats of music. So switch to your favorite music and lose your body. If you are shy lock yourself in the room. Try to pick rocking music during dancing exercise or Indian bollywood dance will also do or dance in front of TV while watching songs on MTV or any other channel you like.
