9 DAYS TOOK MY 9 KGS AWAY

A TIME COMES WHEN YOU GET FED UP AND DECIDE TO START YOUR DIETING AGAIN. BUT IT CONTINUES TILL ONLY NEXT DAY MAXIMUM OR IF YOU INSIST, LETS SAY TWO DAYS. SO, THIS TIME I THOUGHT OF FASTING DURING NAVRATRE. FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW ABOUT NAVRATRE THAT WE DO FASTING FOR NINE DAYS AND EAT ONLY FRUIT BASED STUFF.
I STARTED FASTING WITH SOME RULES OF EXERCISING DAILY OF HALF AN HOUR (CYCLING) AND EATING JUST FRUITS ALL DAY. IN THE EVENING I EAT ONE BOWL POTATOES WITH JUST ONE TABLE SPOON OF GHEE WITH CURD. THERE YOU GO, BELIEVE IT OR NOT I HAVE LOST ONE KG WEIGHT PER DAY.
SO IF ANYBODY IS DESPERATE TO LOOSE WEIGHT OUT THERE. GIVE IT A TRY IN NEXT NAVRATRE OR ANY KIND OF FASTING THAT GOES FOR AT LEAST 9 DAYS.
NOW I M CONTINUING MY THIS DIET AND HOPE TO LOSE SOME MORE...TILL THEN YOU TRY IT TOO..:) BUT BEWARE IT MAY BE NOT VERY HEALTHY WAY TO LOOSE YOUR WEIGHT. AS FAR AS IT CONCERNS ME I THINK 9 DAYS WILL NOT KILL ME AND ANYWAY I M TOO DESPERATE TO LOOSE MY WEIGHT I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO LOOSE SOME MORE.
